В статье продемонстрирован путь развития профессионального образования следователей Следственного комитета Российской Федерации в Приволжском федеральном округе. Дана хронология создания новой формы дополнительного профессионального образования сотрудников Следственного комитета Российской Федерации - окружной учебной структуры - четвертого факультета (с дислокацией в г. Нижний Новгород) Института повышения квалификации ФГКОУ ВО «Академия Следственного комитета Российской Федерации». Авторами раскрыты некоторые направления деятельности четвертого факультета повышения квалификации, одно из которых является приоритетным для Следственного комитета Российской Федерации в целом - это организация работы по совершенствованию профессионального становления молодых следователей. Выделены принципы построения системы качества образования, приведены структурные элементы системы контроля качества образования, реализуемые в четвертом факультете повышения квалификации, в частности, контроль знаний слушателей при зачислении, контроль знаний, умений и навыков слушателей по итогам изучения конкретной дисциплины - уголовного права, уголовного процесса, криминалистики, итоговая аттестация (защита выпускной работы (реферата), экзамен в форме тестирования). В статье показано взаимодействие практических работников и профессорско-преподавательского состава как форма, повышающая качество учебного процесса. Авторами уделено внимание единству систем обучения и воспитания на примере четвертого факультета повышения квалификации Института повышения квалификации. В данном исследовании отражено развитие патриотического воспитания сотрудников Следственного комитета в рамках их обучения и повышения квалификации по различным программам, влияние такого воспитания на развитие у сотрудников морально-нравственных качеств при осуществлении своей профессиональной деятельности, а именно расследовании преступлений. Сделан вывод о выполнении задачи по организации повышения квалификации следователей Следственного комитета Российской Федерации в Приволжском федеральном округе. Так, в четвертом факультете повышения квалификации обеспечивается не только бучение слушателей, но формируется прочный научный фундамент, благодаря привлечению слушателей к написанию в период обучения научных работ - рефератов, докладов и участию их в научных форумах, проводимых четвертым факультетом.
The article demonstrates the process of development of vocational training for investigating officers of the Investigative Committee of Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District. The article also outlines the chronology of the creation of a new form of additional vocational training of the staff of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation - District educational structure - the fourth faculty (located in Nizhny Novgorod) the Institute of Continuous Education FSCEI HE "The Academy of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation."
