Abstract
On November 24-27, 2015 the 9th Joint International Scientific Conference "The Kutafin Readings" and the 16th Annual International Scientific Conference of the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University "National Development Strategy and the Objectives of the Russian Legal Science" were held as the part of the 5th Moscow Law Week. After the plenary session, a number of round tables, seminars and sections were arranged. The 5th Moscow Law Week was organized by the Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL) and the Faculty of Law of the Lomonosov Moscow State University in partnership with the Russian Academy of Justice, the Russian Academy of Legal Sciences, the Association of Legal Education. At the plenary session that was held at the Law Faculty of the Lomonosov Moscow State University, Victor Blazheev, Alexander Golichenkov, Vladimir Pligin addressed their welcoming speeches to the participants of the Conference. Analytical reports devoted to the problematic aspects of the national development strategy and objectives of the Russian legal science were made by leading legal scholars and practitioners, namely, Valeriy Zorkin, Vladimir Sinyukov, Sergey Shahray, Suren Avakyan, Ludmila Novoselova, Evgeniy Sukhanov, Marina Studenikina, Leonid Golovko, Ivan Klepitsky, Aleksey Ispolinov. The debate on topical issues of national development strategies and objectives of Russian jurisprudence was continued during the breakout sessions dedicated to the work of the Bar and the Notary Office, administrative law and litigation, banking law, civil law, civil procedure, intellectual property law, the history of the state and law, IT law, commercial law, criminology, competition law, constitutional and municipal law, international law, private international law, integration and European Union Law, business law, family law, sports law, comparative law, forensic science and forensics, theory of the state and law, labor law and social security law, the criminal procedure and criminal justice, criminal law and criminology, financial law, philosophy of law, environmental and land law, energy law
