Marine Insurance Issues Discussed at the 12th Moscow Innovative Legal Forum

Abstract

The paper provides an overview of the panel discussion «Marine Insurance: How to Avoid Crashing against the Rocks?» held on March 26, 2025. The discussion was moderated by Mikhail Krotov, Head of the Maritime Law Department at Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL)..
