Abstract
In early 2014, French and Russian scholars discussed the topical issues of development of administrative law in France and Russia at the International Conference organized by the Centre of Public Law named after Michel de L'hospital of the University of Auvergne (Clermont-Ferrand) and the Association of Comitas Gentium France-Russia (Comitas Gentium France-Russie). French administrative law experts proposed to discuss the following topics: the place and role of the public service in administrative law of France (Gilles Guglielmi); the current state of the judicial dualism in France (Dominique Turpin); administrative activities and legal dualism in France (Benoit Plessix); liability without fault and socialization of risks in France (Maryse Deguergue); outsourcing and its limits in French public institutions (Pierre Esplugas); administrative transparency and the development of participatory democracy (O. Lavail); fault in the administrative law of France (Benoit Delaunay); public authorities subordination to competition law (Aurélien Antoine); the role and nature of independent public (government) bodies Involved in the regulation of the economy (Pascale Idoux); protection of fundamental freedoms by an administrative court (Marie-Elisabeth Baudoin). Russian scholars made reports on administrative justice in Russia (Y. N. Starilov); the development of the law on administrative responsibility in Russia (K.A. Kononov); "urgent procedures" in Russian law (M.A. Filatova); the principle of transparency in Russia (Karin Bechet-Golovko); public authorities subordination to competition law Rules in Russia (S.V. Vasilyeva); public law regulation of the economy in Russia: institutional evolution (Elvira Talapina); delineation of administrative and criminal liability under Russian law (L.V.Golovko). The published materials highlight the major problems of these topics.

Abstract
On November 24-27, 2015 the 9th Joint International Scientific Conference "The Kutafin Readings" and the 16th Annual International Scientific Conference of the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University "National Development Strategy and the Objectives of the Russian Legal Science" were held as the part of the 5th Moscow Law Week. After the plenary session, a number of round tables, seminars and sections were arranged. The 5th Moscow Law Week was organized by the Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL) and the Faculty of Law of the Lomonosov Moscow State University in partnership with the Russian Academy of Justice, the Russian Academy of Legal Sciences, the Association of Legal Education. At the plenary session that was held at the Law Faculty of the Lomonosov Moscow State University, Victor Blazheev, Alexander Golichenkov, Vladimir Pligin addressed their welcoming speeches to the participants of the Conference. Analytical reports devoted to the problematic aspects of the national development strategy and objectives of the Russian legal science were made by leading legal scholars and practitioners, namely, Valeriy Zorkin, Vladimir Sinyukov, Sergey Shahray, Suren Avakyan, Ludmila Novoselova, Evgeniy Sukhanov, Marina Studenikina, Leonid Golovko, Ivan Klepitsky, Aleksey Ispolinov. The debate on topical issues of national development strategies and objectives of Russian jurisprudence was continued during the breakout sessions dedicated to the work of the Bar and the Notary Office, administrative law and litigation, banking law, civil law, civil procedure, intellectual property law, the history of the state and law, IT law, commercial law, criminology, competition law, constitutional and municipal law, international law, private international law, integration and European Union Law, business law, family law, sports law, comparative law, forensic science and forensics, theory of the state and law, labor law and social security law, the criminal procedure and criminal justice, criminal law and criminology, financial law, philosophy of law, environmental and land law, energy law

Abstract
Interregional Conference "Ethics of Peter Alexseyevich Kropotkin and the Problem of Correlation of Morality and Law: Results and Perspectives" took place at the Kutafin Moscow State University (MSAL) on September 25-26, September 30, 2015. The Conference is the result of cooperation between the two clubs, namely, the Moscow-Petersburg Philosophical Club headed by the Director of the Institute of Philosophy of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Academician, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Abdusalam Huseynov, and the philosophy and law club "The moral dimension of law" presided over by Doctor of Philosophy, Professor of Philosophy and Social and Economic Disciplines of the Kutafin Moscow State Academy of Law (MSAL), Vyacheslav Artemov. The theme itself was initiated by Academician Abdusalam Huseynov, which could not but attract the attention of the philosophical community. The Conference was also influenced by the long-lasting cooperation with the Department of Ethics of the Faculty of Philosophy of the Lomonosov Moscow State University headed by Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Alexander Rasin. Our University hosted prominent scholars representing various branches of philosophy, ethics, law and other social sciences and humanities, experienced lecturers and authoritative public figures of Moscow and St. Petersburg. An atmosphere of creativity reigned in the main hall of the leading Russian law school. Vyacheslav Artemov opened and presided over the Conference sessions. The Vice-Rector for Research of the Kutafin Moscow State University (MSAL), Professor Vladimir Sinyukov made his opening speech that can be considered as an interesting report itself. In his opening speech Abdusalam Huseynov, having drawn attention to the fact of cooperation of clubs and sensitive theme of the discussion, showed his appreciation of the University Hosting the Conference for their freedom of thought and courage. It took one academician, twelve doctors, ten candidates, several young lecturers, graduate students and five students only three days to make 29 reports. The main purpose of the project to initiate joint search for philosophers, ethicists, sociologists, historians, lawyers and other professionals working in the direction of strengthening morality in law was successfully achieved. The club "The Moral Dimension of Law" is ready to engage more professors and lecturers, enter other research fields and carry out expert ethical review.
